Bayside Parking
Bayside (Northport Village Corporation) is a tight-knit community, and our available public parking is pretty tight, too. Please be respectful of your neighbors, law enforcement and safety personnel by never parking your vehicle in a manner that negatively impacts others or the ability of emergency vehicles to freely access the Village. Whenever possible, please park on your own private property rather than on Village property.
Parking in Bayside is subject to the Northport Village Corporation Parking Ordinance. For a quick look at where you can park and where you can’t, please download: Bayside Parking at a Glance.
Unlicensed or unregistered vehicles are prohibited from parking on Village property.
The parking ordinance places restrictions on “Oversized Vehicles” (as defined in the ordinance).
Bayside enforces a winter parking ban. From November 15 to April 15, parking is prohibited along Village roads from midnight to 6 a.m. Violators may be moved or towed at the owner’s expense.
Any vehicle posing an immediate threat to public safety or parked upon a public street or on Village property in a place or manner prohibited by the ordinance may be removed, at the owner’s expense.
