Northport Village Corporation Overseers
Policy- and decision-making within the NVC is the responsibility of seven Overseers, who work closely with a President, Secretary/Clerk and Treasurer. For details on the responsibility of those roles, please see the NVC Bylaws.
The Overseers meet monthly on Sunday mornings at 9AM in the months September thru May; Overseers meetings begin at 8AM during the Summer months — June, July, and August.
At monthly meetings, the Overseers hear Bayside resident questions and concerns, debate policy, receive and act on Committee reports, apportion money for projects, and pass ordinances and rules. On rare occasions, Emergency Meetings are held; the public is informed when these occur.
