Two Donuts & Dialogue forums are scheduled for this week on issues of vital importance to the governance and operations of the village. Both events will be held in Community Hall (upstairs).
Village Infrastructure: On Friday afternoon July 12, from 4-6PM, please join us for a forum on village infrastructure and, specifically, a presentation by the engineering consultants hired to provide recommendations for addressing shoreline stabilization in Bayview Park and Auditorium Park. Additionally, this session will engage resident feedback on the capital planning list of priority projects for climate resilience. This is a rare afternoon D&D to accommodate the schedule of the external consultant.
Village Utilities: On Saturday morning July 13, from 8-9AM, please join us for a conversation about village utilities and an update on management priorities and planning.
Donuts & Dialogue events are designed to focus on issues of critical importance to the village and provide an open-ended forum for Village residents to raise questions and provide feedback to the Board of Overseers and members of committees who are not Overseers.
The public is encouraged to attend. Brief presentations are followed by open dialog, questions, and input from village residents.
